Defining Potential Profit Areas
ByJumping right in…lesson 23 consists of a small amount of text and 2 videos continuing on the topic of barriers and trend lines. These are amazing little tools that will help me spot potential profit areas. They highlight areas of opportunity within the barriers and channels that I may set up. Sid also spent some time expanding on the topic of channel trading. It is difficult to properly describe this and do it any justice, as the videos do a great job of illustrating exactly what it is that Sid is trying to teach me, but suffice it to say that he makes it look quite easy. Having said that, Sid said it is more of an art form than a science, and he encouraged me to watch the videos several times to be sure that I really understand the lessons.
In lesson 24, Sid wades a little longer on the topic of channels. This is a very common way for trading, which Sid says is not mystical or mysterious as some forex gurus would have you believe, but given the right circumstances, there are 6 potential trades in any given channel. It becomes obvious after these lessons that the use of all these tools in conjunction with each other, and that with some time observing and interpreting the data that a route can be carefully planned for identifying potential profit areas. It’s really neat to see it all put together.
Sid ended the lesson by touching on something called overnight barriers. He didn’t go into great detail at this point, as I think he will be expanding on it in greater detail in future lessons.
One important thing I took away from these videos is that Sid said it is important to sit down about 15 minutes before I plan on actively trading in order to set my charts up properly and to get into the trading mindset. I think that’s pretty good advice. I don’t know about you, but I sometimes tend to jump right in, so this is a good tip. I’m going to compare it to getting into my car in the morning…I wouldn’t back out of the driveway without first buckling up, checking my mirrors and making sure that all is clear first.
I’ve noticed that throughout the lessons, Sid is constantly giving little tidbits of advice as you go along, just like I described in the above paragraph. I’m always on the lookout for these little pearls of wisdom, because I have a sneaking suspicion that they will come in very handy later down the road.

Hi jody
Can you confirm that you realy exist as someone mentoined that you are realy Sid answering. How do we know.
Ted
Hi Ted (if that’s your real name),
In life, how can we ever be certain of anything? For instance, how do I know that your name is really Ted and that this is a genuine question? For all I know, you could just be someone writing this question for antagonistic purposes. The plain truth is that I don’t, so I will treat you with the respect of being sincere.
The truth is that my name is Jody, and I live in Northern California. I believe Sid lives somewhere in the U.K. My geography skills are rather poor, so I’m not really sure where. However, other than speaking to Sid at length on the phone twice before deciding to embark on this journey, we have never met. You can choose to believe this or not. I don’t know what else I could offer you as proof that I am a real person.
What it boils down to Ted is that we are all required to do our own due diligence. I spent several months looking at forex training programs, and some of them look really “WOW”, if you know what I mean. Anyway, Sid turned out to be the real deal for me and all of my research supported that. I actually attended my first BBC meeting yesterday. It was amazing to see the names of attendees. They are the people that have given testimonials on the website and they are the people on the Christmas blog wishing Sid many wonderful blessings. These people are quite real and their respect and admiration for Sid was very heart warming throughout the meeting.
What I would challenge you to do Ted is to read through some of the testimonials, watch some of the testimonial videos and even browse the Christmas blog because these people are real and genuine. So Ted, what it boils down to is you. You must assess all the information available to you and make the best decision for yourself. Don’t let other people think for you…shame on anyone who does that.
Very Good. Thank you!
