Forex Education
‘Forex Education, with the emphasis on the word ‘education’, is what becoming a safe and profitable trader is all about. Too many people jump into forex without any preparation other than a wing and a prayer, only to find that they become part of a forex industry statistic that no industry should be proud of.
95% of newcomers to forex trading, lose their capital within 90 days of trading real money. Almost all of these people could be saved from this with a decent forex education.
You may ask, ‘well, what is there to be educated in?’ In this article, we’ll try and explain just that.

First consider this interesting fact. Hundreds, if not thousands, of people come to forex, brand new, every single month. It’s not surprising because it IS an amazing opportunity. Ordinary people with no academic qualifications and no financial background, can trade their way to a different life. But all that glitters is not gold and only around 5% actually 'make it'.
If we accept that almost 100% of these people buy some form of forex ‘training’ as soon as they become interested: books, CD’s DVD’s Videos, forex training courses and forex trading course (two different things). If this is so, as it undeniably is, how-come that 95% of them fail miserably and lose all their capital so soon after starting to trade?
Doesn’t this suggest that there’s something wrong somewhere? If all these people are buying into something to show them how to trade – why are so many of them failing and losing their cash?
A reliable Forex education is the key
The answer is that very few people are getting a proper ‘forex education’. They may well be getting SOME information – in many cases ‘doctored’ to look exceptionally attractive to the newbie – but a forex education it is not.
Our forex education course IS just that, it educates the beginner to the extent that it empowers newbies in all of the following, and much more:
- Opening and operating a forex demo account, in detail.
- Brokerage and what to beware of.
- Understanding and becoming familiar with every aspect of the forex trading platform.
- Understanding the way the money is actually traded, including leverage, bid and ask, the spread and how we can make money with pips whether the currency is rising or falling in value.
- Money-management and a safe money management strategy.
- Building a personal two year forex business plan, based on a worst-case scenario. No ‘pie-in-the-sky forecasting.
- In depth charting and how to turn a chart into a ‘road-map’.
- Real trading strategies which work.
- Forex discipline, patience and psychological control over emotion. Forex trading is emotionally very different to normal life.
As you can see, there is much more to becoming empowered as a safe and profitable trader in your own right than it might appear at first glance. It’s pretty obvious isn’t it, that a forex education is much more important than anyone might think.
Like most other things in life – if you want to do something at all
– do it well. In fact it should be the very best that you can do, to
stand a chance of real success. As a forex beginner, please don’t take
this lightly – get yourself a good and proper forex
education.
